NEVADA STATE FRIENDS FOR K-9 | About Us

The Nevada State Friends for k-9 is working to interdict the production, distribution, and transportation of narcotics in Nevada, particularly methamphetamine, and would very much appreciate your help and support.

We are currently working on providing the funding for the Nevada Department of Public Safety to build a K-9 unit that can focus on halting the supply of meth and other narcotics in our state. This state wide program will greatly help law enforcement prevent this dangerous drug from reaching our citizens and our children.

We plan to launch this public/private partnership program within a few short weeks. Already, nevada State Friends for K-9 has raised some money to start this program, but we are reaching out to you to raise more needed funds to purchase more dogs, equipment, and training. These funds will be collected by Nevada State Friends for K-9 and then will be given to Nevada department of Public Safety to build this important program. Working together, we can greatly reduce access to illegal and dangerous drugs in our communities and schools.

Nevada State Friends for K-9 is a nonprofit organization and the appropriate paperwork designating this group as a nonprofit 501 C(S) has been filed. The organization's goal is to function in a public-private partnership with the state of Nevada to address the scourge of drugs in Nevada that ruins so many lives.
